In 2003, owner Jesse Hickman, P.L.S. saw the need for a company to undertake projects pertaining to construction layout, design and permitting for businesses as well as residents and municipalities. As a result, J.H. Hickman Surveying, LLC (JHH) was founded. Since that time, JHH has completed site designs, secured permits, conducted storm water reviews, assisted municipalities in securing funding to complete projects and more. To meet your needs, JHH staff is comprised of a Pennsylvania Licensed Surveyor, a Project Manager, an Environmental Scientist, CAD Drafter, Survey Crew Chief, Municipal Coordinator and field personnel.
Our Services
J. H. Hickman Surveying's team of professionals have extensive experience in permitting at both the local and state level. The team has experience in surveying, site analysis, wetland delineation, infiltration testing, layout and design as well as wetland monitoring, critical stage inspection and certification for post construction stormwater management BMP's. Additionally, our staff has project management experience including, but not limited to, stormwater management plan reviews, grant writing and administration as well as preparing bid documents and contract management.
